'Art & Soul is a quarterly open meeting to reflectively explore your spiritual journey. Also A&S offers a variety of workshop opportunities to further explore your spirituality. My Time' arts and crafts workshops, run as a seperate part of Footprints, helps to give you new interests and make new friends in a relaxed, informal setting.
Specialist Services
My Time is a specialist service offered under the umberella of Footprints Connection. it offers a chance to have a go at arts and crafts in a relaxed, informal way. Not a course or a club you can book 1 session or several from our Spring and Autumn programmes. Sessions on various Saturday afternoons 1 - 4pm. Booking is essential to claim a £3 discount from the £15 cost. All resources and refreshments included in price.
we offer counselling for relationship difficulties, moderate anxiety, stress and depression management. We also offer Relaxation Therapy, Individually Guided Quiet Days and Spiritual Accompaniment.
